they use 2 different server hosting companies for the clients, scripts with different values can be executed to make changes on the clients server (update , etc) 
+ multiple quality of life apps for keeping certain data which might have been lost or just making every actions much simpler

ticketing: people can be annoying(= not giving files and access to servers when needed to fix x problems) and problems can be annoying too(= stupidly not working or completely unintelligible error/incorrect return message/data)
